We have therefore implemented a few policies and procedures to not only keep your natural lashes and extensions looking and feeling their best, but also to keep our small business alive. Lash Extension Infills
We recommend infills every 14-21 days (28 days for Volume). The purpose of an infill appointment is to cover the natural lashes that have grown enough to support an extension since your last appointment, and so after this time a lot of your lashes will have naturally fallen out and you will require a longer appointment. We reserve the right to charge for a full set if less than 60% of your lashes remain. Click to see our aftercare tips on our homepage.
Foreign Lash Infills
We are happy to work with sets initially done by another salon but ask that you send closeup pictures of your lashes before your appointment. This is because if the initial set was done improperly we will need to remove them and apply fresh lashes. We want to manage your expectations and our time properly!
Cancellation Policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may mean you need to cancel an appointment. We ask that you give us at least 48 hours notice so that we can try to re-book your appointment slot. In the event that 48 hours notice is not given and we are unable to fill the slot, we reserve the right to charge the full price.
Deposits are non refundable but can be re-scheduled with 48 hours notice.
If you cancel within 48 hours or don't come to your appointment we will take full payment and your deposit is then nontransferable. Our number can be found at the bottom of the page.
Late Policies
Please let us know If you are running late for your appointment. If you are under 15 minutes late and it is not possible to overrun your allocated slot, your appointment will finish at the original scheduled time. In this event, we will do our best to make your lashes as full as possible and you will be charged full price.
If you are more than 15 minutes late we reserve the right to take full payment of your card on file. This full payment will pay for your appointment.
If you arrive over 30 minutes late you may be refused service and payment will not be refunded.
Payment
We accept pre-payment, bank transfer, card or cash. Please pay at the end of your appointment if not already paid online, bank transfers must be made before you leave your appointment.
Preparation/Aftercare Policies
You must follow our preparation/aftercare tips outlined on the homepage and emails. This is essential to ensuring your lash application goes smoothly and lasts as long as they can. You can purchase aftercare kits in the salon, or we will be happy to recommend products.
Terms and Conditions
Patch Tests: Clients are responsible to book in their own patch tests as shown on our menu. Not booking one will mean you are declining one. A patch test is carried out during each appointment. You do not require a patch test if you've had lashes done by us in the past 6 months. However a new intake form will be required every 6 months. I understand there are risks associated with having synthetic eyelash extensions applied to and/or removed from my existing natural eyelashes, and that notwithstanding the utmost of care in the application or removal of these products, there still exists risk associated with the procedure and product itself, which include, without limitation, eye irritation, eye pain, discomfort, and in rare cases blindness when improperly handled. As part of this procedure, I understand that a certain amount of eyelash adhesive material will be used to attach the artificial eyelash extension to my existing eyelashes.
Even though the Professional may apply or remove my eyelash extension properly, I understand adhesive material may become dislodged during or after the procedure, which may irritate my eyes or require further follow-up care, at my own expense to prevent damage to my eyes. I also understand there is more than one technique for applying eyelash extension to my eyelashes, and I will not attribute any liability to Angelic Beauty Bristol as a result of this procedure or the use and care of these lashes. I also agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Angelic Beauty Bristol from any and all claims, actions, expenses, damages and liabilities, including reasonable solicitor fees which might be asserted against them as a result of my having this procedure performed, or my purchase of Angelic Beauty retail products. As used in this Agreement, the terms “Professional” and “Angelic Beauty Bristol” include all their respective owners and employees.
I agree to follow the care and maintenance instructions provided by Angelic Beauty Bristol and/or Professional for the use and care of my eyelash extensions, and that if any follow up care is required due to my own mistake or negligence, or failure to follow these instructions, this will be at my own expense and risk. I understand that if I do any of the following, it may result in damage to my eyelash extensions or cause my lashes to fall off prematurely. Knowing this I agree to follow these tips for best results: I will avoid oil based eye products as these will loosen the bond of my eyelash extensions. I understand that it is best to avoid saunas or steam rooms. If I experience any itching or irritation, I agree to contact my Angelic Beauty Bristol Professional immediately to have the lash extensions removed. I agree to refrain from using waterproof mascara or an eyelash curler. I agree to not pick, pull or rub my eyelash extensions. I understand that I should not attempt to remove my eyelash extensions on my own or with any product, but that the procedure requires that my eyelash extensions be professionally removed.
I hereby grant to Professional and Angelic Beauty Bristol the full right to take, publish, and reproduce photographs of me, my face, my eyes and/or eyelashes, both before and after this procedure, for any advertising, education, or other purposes whatsoever, including the right to retouch these photographs as deemed necessary by Professional or Angelic Beauty Bristol. I further expressly assign any copyright in these photographs for any advertising or other purposes, along with comments I may provide.

Nail Maintenance
We recommend nail infills every 2-4 weeks, depending on natural nail growth and the overlay type. The purpose of a nail infill appointment is to refill the regrowth at the nail base and restore the finished look. After this time, natural growth and wear mean more time will be needed to rebuild the nail, and we reserve the right to charge for a full set if less than 60% of the original enhancement remains.
Foreign Salon Work
We do not infill or continue work done by other salons, but we can remove previous enhancements so we can apply a fresh set. Please note we do not remove acrylic nails. If your existing enhancement was applied elsewhere, send clear close-up photos of your nails before booking so we can assess whether removal and a new full set will be required. This helps us manage expectations and appointment time.
Nail Terms and Conditions
I understand there are risks associated with having synthetic nail enhancements applied to and/or removed from my natural nails, and that notwithstanding the utmost care in the application or removal of these products, risks associated with the procedure and products remain. These risks include, without limitation, nail damage, nail lifting, infection, allergic reaction, skin irritation, pain, discomfort, and, in rare cases, permanent nail deformity when improperly handled.
As part of this procedure, I understand that a certain amount of adhesive, gel, acrylic, resin or other bonding material will be used to attach artificial nails or enhancements to my natural nails. Even though the Professional may apply or remove my nail enhancements properly, I understand bonding or finishing materials may become dislodged during or after the procedure, which may cause irritation, expose the nail to infection, or require further follow-up care at my own expense to prevent damage to my nails or surrounding skin.
I understand there are multiple techniques and product options for applying nail enhancements, and outcomes can vary depending on my nail condition, aftercare, and the products used. I will not attribute any liability to Angelic Beauty Bristol as a result of this procedure, the use of professional products, or my failure to follow aftercare instructions.
I agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Angelic Beauty Bristol from any and all claims, actions, expenses, damages, and liabilities, including reasonable solicitor fees, which might be asserted against them as a result of my having this procedure performed or my purchase or use of Angelic Beauty retail products. As used in this Agreement, the terms “Professional” and “Angelic Beauty Bristol” include all their respective owners and employees.
I agree to follow the care and maintenance instructions provided by Angelic Beauty Bristol and/or my nail professional for the use and care of my nail enhancements (natural nail overlays, acrylics, gels, SNS, or lacquer). I understand that if any follow-up care is required due to my own mistake, negligence, or failure to follow these instructions, any resulting repairs or replacements will be at my own expense and risk.
I understand that improper aftercare may cause damage to my nail enhancements, lifting, chipping, infection, or premature loss. Knowing this, I agree to follow these tips for best results:
I will avoid prolonged exposure to hot water (long baths, saunas, or steam rooms) immediately after application, as excessive heat and moisture can affect adhesion and durability.
If I experience any persistent pain, swelling, discharge, lifting at the nail base, or signs of infection or allergic reaction, I agree to contact my Angelic Beauty Bristol professional immediately for assessment and safe removal if required.
I agree not to pick, peel, lift, or forcibly remove my nail enhancements. Lifting or picking can damage the natural nail plate and increase risk of infection.
I understand I should not attempt to remove nail enhancements myself with acetone, tools, or by prying; professional removal is required to protect my natural nails.
I agree to use recommended nail and hand care products and to follow any specific aftercare instructions given for my chosen service (e.g., gel, Biab, Hard Gel, Gel X Extensions or Gel/Dual Form Extensions).
I will wear protective gloves when doing household chores, gardening, or using chemicals and cleaning products to prevent weakening or chipping of the enhancements.
I will avoid using my nails as tools (opening cans, scratching hard surfaces) to reduce the risk of breakage.
I agree to attend recommended infill or maintenance appointments to keep my nails in good condition and to address any lifting, breakage, or growth-related issues.
I acknowledge that following these guidelines helps maintain the health and appearance of my natural nails and nail enhancements. I accept responsibility for aftercare and understand that failure to follow these instructions may result in damage or additional charges for corrections.
I hereby grant to Professional and Angelic Beauty Bristol the full right to take, publish, and reproduce photographs of me, my hands and my nails both before and after this procedure, for any advertising, education, or other purposes whatsoever, including the right to retouch these photographs as deemed necessary by Professional or Angelic Beauty Bristol. I further expressly assign any copyright in these photographs for any advertising or other purposes, along with comments I may provide.

Lash Lift and Brow lamination Maintenance
We recommend lash lift and brow lamination maintenance every 6–8 weeks, depending on your natural hair growth and the hair’s condition. The purpose of a maintenance appointment is to lift and set new growth, refresh the shape, and restore uniformity between the treated area and your natural hairs.
Fixing over processed lashes or brows
While our salon owner Angelica does offer lash lift and brow lamination “fixes” you cannot fix broken hair while the look can be corrected they often need to grow out to be fully fixed.
Lash Lift And BrowTerms and Conditions
I understand there are risks associated with having lash lifts, brow lamination, brow waxing and tinting, and that notwithstanding the utmost care in the performance of these treatments, risks associated with the procedure and products remain. These risks include, without limitation, lash or brow hair breakage, hair loss, allergic reaction, skin irritation, redness, swelling, infection, eye irritation or injury (including corneal abrasion), uneven or undesired results, increased sensitivity, itching, pain, discomfort, and, in rare cases, long-term or permanent damage when improperly handled.
I understand that lash lifts and brow lamination involve the use of chemical solutions to reshape and set hairs, and brow tinting involves dyes that may stain skin or hair. Even when performed properly by a trained Professional, these solutions and tints may cause irritation or allergic reactions, and results can vary depending on my natural hair condition, previous treatments, product reactions, and aftercare.
I understand that brow waxing removes hair from the root and may cause temporary redness, sensitivity, skin lifting, scarring, or in rare cases infection or long-term changes to hair growth pattern. I understand there are multiple techniques and product options for lash lifts, brow lamination, tinting and waxing, and outcomes can vary depending on my hair and skin condition, the products used, and my adherence to aftercare instructions.
I confirm that I have disclosed to the Professional any known allergies, sensitivities, eye or skin conditions, medical conditions, medications, or recent cosmetic procedures that may affect the outcome or increase risk. I acknowledge that patch testing may be recommended and that declining a patch test may increase the risk of an adverse reaction.
I accept responsibility for following all pre- and post-treatment aftercare instructions provided by the Professional to reduce the risk of complications and to help achieve optimal results. I understand that failure to follow aftercare guidance may result in poor outcomes or the need for further corrective treatments at my own expense.
I will not hold Angelic Beauty Bristol liable for adverse outcomes resulting from the inherent risks of these procedures, the use of professional products, or my failure to follow aftercare instructions. I agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Angelic Beauty Bristol, their Professionals and representatives from any and all claims, actions, expenses, damages, and liabilities, including reasonable solicitor fees, which might be asserted against them as a result of my having these treatments performed or my purchase or use of Angelic Beauty Bristol retail products.
As used in this Agreement, the terms “Professional” and “Angelic Beauty Bristol” include all their respective owners, employees, contractors, agents and representatives.
I hereby grant to Professional and Angelic Beauty Bristol the full right to take, publish, and reproduce photographs of m both before during and after this procedure, for any advertising, education, or other purposes whatsoever, including the right to retouch these photographs as deemed necessary by Professional or Angelic Beauty Bristol. I further expressly assign any copyright in these photographs for any advertising or other purposes, along with comments I may provide.
